We are committed to processing orders quickly so that products move into fulfillment without avoidable delays. As soon as a purchase is finalized at checkout, the order is transmitted directly to our Fulfillment Center, where it enters an automated workflow for processing, picking, and packing. Because this system begins immediately, orders cannot be edited once they have been submitted. Changes to items, sizes, quantities, payment details, billing or shipping addresses, or cancellations are not possible after checkout is complete. For this reason, it is extremely important to review all information carefully before confirming your purchase.

Customers should take a moment to verify that selected products, measurements, color choices, quantities, and personal details are correct. Confirming this information before submission helps prevent complications that cannot be resolved later and allows our fulfillment team to prepare shipments accurately and efficiently. Careful review at checkout supports a smoother overall experience and reduces the likelihood of disappointment or delays.

To maintain fairness and provide broader access to popular merchandise, certain products may have quantity limits. These limits are especially common for high-demand, limited edition, or exclusive releases. Purchase restrictions are designed to give more customers the opportunity to obtain sought-after items rather than allowing a small number of buyers to secure large quantities. Transactions are monitored, and we reserve the right to limit or decline orders that appear to use automated systems, bots, or other methods intended to gain an unfair purchasing advantage.

Quantity limits may apply per order, per individual, or per household. In assessing compliance, we may review shared details such as billing information, shipping addresses, payment methods, email accounts, or other identifying data to determine whether multiple orders are connected. These measures help distribute inventory more evenly and maintain a fair shopping environment for the wider community.

Orders that exceed stated limits or violate purchasing policies may be canceled at our discretion, even after they have been placed. In the event of cancellation, a temporary authorization may appear on the original payment method. Such pending charges are generally released within three to seven business days, depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution.

Attempts to bypass purchase restrictions are taken seriously. Creating multiple accounts, altering contact or delivery information to simulate separate buyers, placing repeated duplicate orders, or using other tactics to avoid limits may result in cancellation of all related transactions. Repeated or significant violations may also lead to restrictions on future purchasing privileges.

Large-volume orders are subject to additional review. Typically, this includes purchases of more than six units of the same item or orders that appear intended for resale. Bulk transactions may be adjusted, limited, or canceled, and different terms may apply. Such orders may not qualify for promotional discounts, and additional shipping or handling fees could be required due to the increased logistical demands.

These policies are intended to promote efficiency, transparency, and equitable access to products. By reviewing order details carefully and respecting quantity limitations, customers contribute to a fairer and more streamlined shopping experience for everyone.
